Smash Bros. Ultimate: the next two DLC characters are likely leaked

It looks like two future DLC characters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate were discovered in leaked MII costumes featuring characters from the respective franchises. It’s a shame to admit that Nintendo has struggled to keep its content secret in recent years, as many of its ads have leaked ahead of time. It’s the sad reality of an industry in which so many diehard fans get drunk to learn more about their favorite franchises.
Smash Bros. in particular, do not get used to leaks. Much of the original list came out on the eve of its official reveal, while the insecurities of a number of DLC characters fell victim to curious minds. More recently, Nintendo itself actually leaked the SNK character as its fourth DLC fighter in the Smash Ultimate Fighters Pass. The company confirmed to Nintendo Direct shortly after that this fighter would be none other than Terry Bogard of Fatal Fury, and now we can know the next two fighters joining the battle.
There’s a new leak (as youtuber PapaGenos noticed) that showcases two Mii suits from franchises that many gamers hope to see added to the fold. These suits are nothing but Mallows and Cacodemon. If true, that means Geno and SOOER DOOM Super Mario RPG will probably both become Smash Bros. Ultimate heroes.

If true, that means Geno and SOOER DOOM Super Mario RPG will likely both become Smash Bros. heroes. Ultimate.
Both Geno and Slayer have long been considered destined for Smash Bros. Ultimate in the eyes of fans. Screen Rant even reported all the evidence of the doom fighter in Smash, and it seems to have been right if these new Mii suits are really the real McCoy. Fortunately, it probably won’t be long before fans figure out the remaining fighters, as the Fighters ‘ passing pass is due to be completed by the end of February 2020.
What could happen if these costumes are real, and it’s pure speculation, is that DOOM will close the passing aisle with a showing during the 2019 Gaming awards. From now on, Nintendo will be able to launch a second Fighters Pass with Geno, as it has been a fan favorite choice since pre-melee combat on the GameCube. This kind of release structure would be the most sensible, but only time will tell what the real plans are for the game. Here’s hoping fans don’t wait too long though.
