Pax Dei: How to Get Flint

Surviving in the world of Solisium in Pax Dei will require you to gather all the essential resources you can find right from the beginning of the game so that you can utilize them in crafting various tools, gear, and items. One of the essential resources in the early game is Flint but unlike other survival MMOs, getting Flint is a bit different in Pax Dei.

This guide will help you how to get Flint in Pax Dei.

How to Get Flint in Pax Dei

Flint in Pax Dei spawns on the ground instead of dropping from the rock nodes. You can find Flint mainly in the mountain regions of the map or close to the rivers. Almost all of the starting regions of the game have accessible river areas where players can explore and find Flint on the ground. However, I find the following regions most useful for getting Flint early in the game.

  • Down
  • Ulaid
  • Wiht

Similar to the most basic resources like Sapwood and Rocks, you need to keep an eye on a relatively darker rock on the ground and pick it up by interacting with it to get Flint. Flint and Gneiss both look the same and are equally important for the early game crafting. It is better to pick up any rock you find near the river to have a high chance of getting Flint.

How to Use Flint in Pax Dei

Flint is used for various purposes in Pax Dei including making Flinthead Arrows which are more efficient in both hunting the animals and fighting the enemies from a distance. Moreover, Flint is also used for crafting Basic Cooking Tools, Basic Fletching Tools, and Basic Leatherworking Tools at the respective Workbench.

Playing Video Games is the very first hobby that I partake in and it became my favorite hobby. Played Unreal Tournament 2004 as my first game which made me a fan of FPS Games. Story and Adventure Games are still my Cup of Tea to go with as they give more detailing to the described worlds and characters. I love to help out my fellow gamers across all over the world by making my publications.
