Twitter sent us a controversial message related to one of the most anticipated games in the Nintendo Switch catalog. In this case, it’s Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
The image below has been much talked about in the last few hours because it compares this hybrid console title head to head with Horizon Forbidden West, a PlayStation title that recently showed off new and extensive gameplay. It’s precisely the fact of posting a screenshot of each game that has generated controversy in the community.
Many fans have pointed out in the publication several reasons why it makes no sense:
- The power of PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch is different.
- The mechanics of Horizon Forbidden West and Pokémon Legends: Arceus are completely different.
- Pokémon games are not known for their realism.
Other fans have added that the graphics are not something that stands out in Pokémon games at the moment and that there are other aspects of the franchise that are currently more objectionable. They also point out that the gameplay for Pokémon Legends: Arceus is from the early stages of development and nothing else has been shown since it was announced a few months ago. Remember that it will be released on January 28th on Nintendo Switch.
