Activision Blizzard employees to rally tomorrow in support of sexual harassment lawsuit against company

After learning about the initial lawsuit and the numerous signatures collected in a letter, now we have more information about the controversy that has surrounded Activision Blizzard in recent days. This comes after the California Department of Housing and Fair Employment filed a lawsuit against Activision Blizzard alleging “sex discrimination, harassment, and retaliation,” and the company later branded the allegations false. However, many employees posted messages on social media in support of the lawsuit’s claims and have shared their own accusations of discrimination.
According to what was shared, now they have gone one step further and from the organizing bases of these employees, they have announced a strike for tomorrow Wednesday as a sign of protest against the company’s response to this discrimination demand. The goal is to demand a more equitable treatment for staff with this Blizzard off-campus strike.
They trust that, with this move, Activision Blizzard will reconsider and take action on what has happened in recent days. We will have to be attentive to see what finally happens.
