Catching fish in Heartopia is a straightforward and easy process. The first step to fishing is to find a body of water with a fish shadow. Most of the time, you will witness one or two fish shadows in the water. Casting the line in the water closer to the shadow will make the fish bite the lure, allowing you to reel in the fish.
Here is a step-by-step process for catching a fish in Heartopia.
Go to a body of water to spot the fish shadows.
Open the toolbox and equip the Fishing Rod.
Position yourself so that you can cast the line closer to the fish’s shadow.
Cast the line on the fish’s shadow and wait for the fish to bite the lure.
Click and hold to start reeling in the fish.
While you are reeling, the fishing line will glow yellow and red. If the line is flashing red, let go of the reel to lower the tension.
Start reeling again when the fishing line is stable.
As you reel the fish completely, your character will catch it.
