Animal Crossing New Horizons is one of the great exclusives of Nintendo Switch, and even today we continue to discover secrets and hidden tricks in the game. Surely you did not know this one, which has to do with the annoying (and dangerous) wasps.

We are often bitten by wasps in Animal Crossing New Horizons. By cutting down trees we can enrage a few, and then we can only resign ourselves to the cruel fate: end up full of bites … or not.

An Animal Crossing New Horizons player has shared on Reddit a new method of fending off hordes of wasps in the game. We already knew some of them, such as entering a neighbor’s house, using reactions, or even making use of the Mario-inspired Warp Pipe item.

The user friedbread234 has opened our eyes, and we never expected that in this way a good handful of angry wasps could be scared away. Of course, you will have to be clever and use this trick at exactly the right time … otherwise, it will be in vain.

When a cloud of wasps approaches you, use a party streamer at the right time. For this, you can have it already equipped or make use of the quick access tool wheel, and you will immediately see how the wasps flee in terror at such a feat.

Curiously, the sound of the streamer makes the wasps disappear, something very useful to avoid their stings and to be able to continue cutting down trees. Of course, as we have already told you before, try not to use it prematurely, because then the trick will not work.
