Assassin’s Creed Mirage has several costumes that allow players to change the cosmetics of Basim without changing the equipped Outfit’s Perks and Abilities. Costumes are merely cosmetics and are used for changing the looks of Basim. It is a great feature as players can easily get bored with one outfit’s look but if the costumes are unlocked, they can change the looks of Basim by retaining the original Perks and Abilities of the outfit. One of the costumes that players can get early in Assassin’s Creed Mirage is Scholar Costume.

How to Get Scholar Costume in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

The Scholar costume can be obtained by completing the side quest ‘The Bookworm’ of Al-Jahiz. Al-Jahiz is a friendly scholar in the Abbasiyah district who can be found in the House of the Wisdom. Players can get this side quest once they have reached Baghdad. Talking to Al-Jahiz for the first time will give you the quest in which Al-Jahiz will ask you to find Lost Books.

There are 6 Lost Books that you need to find scattered around different districts of Baghdad. Each Lost Book has a certain location which you need to find. The locations of the Lost Books can be difficult to retrieve and there are a few methods that you can use to get the locations.

• Synchronize every Viewpoint
• Use Eagle Vision and Enkidu’s ability
• Buy maps from Cartographers

Once the locations are revealed on your map, go to the location and figure out a simple solution for retrieving each lost book. All the books that you need to find are the following.

• Location: Underneath Nestorian Monastery

Lost Book# 2

• Lost Book Name: Kalila Wa-Dimna
• District: Harbiyah
• Location: West of Great Mosque

Lost Book# 3

• Lost Book Name: Al-Kwarizmi: Al-Jabr
• District: Abbasiyah
• Location: West of Observatory

Lost Book# 4

• Lost Book Name: Al-Sikkit: Diwan Abu Nu’as
• District: Round City
• Location: Palace of the Green Dome

Lost Book# 5

• Lost Book Name: The Banu Musa: Book of Ingenious Devices
• District: Karkh
• Location: West of Sharqiyah Harbor Camp

Lost Book# 6

• Lost Book Name: Suleiman Al-Tajir: Accounts of China and India
• District: Wilderness
• Location: Tuesday Market

NOTE: The secret Lost Book ‘Kitab Al-Azif’ is not required for completing the Bookworm quest and getting the Scholar Costume.

Upon finding all 6 Lost Books, go back to Al-Jahiz at the House of Wisdom to give all the Lost Books. Once you have given all the Lost Books to Al-Jahiz, it will complete the side quest and reward you with a Scholar Costume along with 6x Scholar Favor Tokens and ‘Scholar’ achievement. The Scholar Costume can be found and equipped from the Costume section of the inventory.
