Cinderella’s Custom Creation is the first friendship quest for Cinderella in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players will be able to pursue this quest after unlocking Cinderella as a villager. Cinderella is having a difficult time figuring out ideas for a project. Help Cinderella find a suitable project to work on. In this guide, we will walk you through the Cinderella’s Custom Creation quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Cinderella’s Custom Creation Quest Walkthrough – Disney Dreamlight Valley

Starting the Quest

To initiate the Cinderella’s Custom Creation quest, players must first reach Friendship Level 2 with Cinderella. In addition to this, the players must have access to the Sunlit Plateau biome and have unlocked the following characters.

  • Daisy
  • Minnie Mouse
  • Jasmine
  • Vanellope

Upon fulfilling all of the requirements, the Cinderella’s Custom Creation quest will become available. Go and speak with Cinderella to initiate the quest.

Recruit Daisy and Inspire Cinderella

After speaking with Cinderella, find Daisy and ask her to join Cinderella’s project. Once done, go to the Boutique and speak with Daisy. She will tell you take some pictures to inspire Cinderella. Take pictures of the following items.

  • Sunbirds
  • White & Red Hydrangea
  • Citrine

TIP: If you have a Citrine in your inventory, drop it on the ground and place it anywhere using the furniture mode. After that, take a picture of it.

Now, go back to the Boutique building and speak with Cinderella.

Craft the Divider Base for Cinderella

You need to craft the Divider Base for Cinderella, which will require the following materials.

  • 15x Softwood: Spawn near the trees in the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust biomes.
  • 5x Gold Ingot: Craft it at a crafting station or purchase it from Kristoff’s Stall for 250 Star Coins each.
  • 2x Sapphire: Drop from the mining nodes inside the Vitalys Mine area in Sunlit Plateau.

After acquiring all of the materials, go to any crafting station to craft the Divider Base. You can find its recipe under the Functional items tab. Now, go to Cinderella’s House and give her the Divider Base.

Talk to Jasmine and Cook the Purple Dye

Find Jasmine and talk to her about the magic of colors. After that, you need to cook the Purple Dye using the following ingredients.

  • 1x Canola: Purchase it from Goofy’s Stall in the Forest of Valor biome.
  • 1x Blueberry: Harvest from the Blueberry Bushes in the Dazzle Beach and Forest of Valor biome.
  • 1x Raspberry: Harvest from the Raspberry Bushes in the Plaza and Peaceful Meadow biomes.
  • 1x Squid: Fish it out of the white or blue ripples in the Glade of Trust or Forgotten Lands biomes.
  • 1x Purple Pigment: Jasmine will give it to you.

After gathering all of the ingredients, go to any cooking station. Interact with the station and navigate to the quests section to find the recipe for Purple Dye. Autofill all the ingredients and start cooking. Once done, bring the dyes to Daisy and talk to her about the fabric.

Talk to Minnie and Bring the Fabrics to Cinderella

Find Minnie Mouse and ask her for a finishing touch for Cinderella’s Project. After that, go to Cinderella’s House and give her the dyed fabrics. Lastly, put Minnie’s Cute Ribbon on Cinderella’s Room Divider Screen.

Once done, take a group picture with everyone. As you take a picture, a fabric will appear. Pick up the fabric and speak with Cinderella. Go through the dialogues, and the quest will conclude.

Rewards

Completing the Cinderella’s Custom Creation quest will reward players with the Cinderella’s Room Divider item.
