Developers from the Polish studio CD Projekt RED have not been able to regain interest in Cyberpunk 2077. According to information from SteamDB, in the Steam service, six months after the release, the peak of online players dropped to 10 thousand – this is 99% less than it was on the release (just over 1 million).

On-line, the project dropped even below the level The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is CD Projekt RED’s previous major RPG. Now it is played by twice as many people as cyberpunk 2077.

Let us remind you that even before the release of Cyberpunk 2077 developers promised to release at least two major add-ons and several small DLCs, but in the end, due to the terrible state of the project, they were postponed indefinitely. CD Projekt RED also canceled multiplayer mode for its role-playing game.
