Disney Dreamlight Valley: Hedgehog Companion Guide

Hedgehogs are the new critters in Disney Dreamlight Valley, exclusive to the Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack. Players who own the Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack will get to explore a new world beyond Dreamlight Valley. This new world is home to Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, and Piglet. As players explore the Honeyglow Woods, they also come across Hedgehogs, the local critters. Players can feed these hedgehogs and make them companions. This guide covers everything you need to know about the Hedgehog companion in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Find a Hedgehog in Disney Dreamlight Valley

There are four different types of Hedgehogs that you can find exclusively in the biomes of Honeyglow Woods in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Each biome is home to a unique type of Hedgehog and appears at certain times throughout the week. There is no specific location for a Hedgehog to spawn. You can find a Hedgehog casually while exploring a biome.

• Classic Hedgehog: Appears only in the Drowsybloom Acre biome.
• Green Hedgehog: Appears only in the Gloommeadow biome.
• Orange Hedgehog: Appears only in the Nectar Apiary biome.
• Yellow Hedgehog: Appears only in the Braveheart Grove biome.

How to Feed a Hedgehog in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Hedgehog’s behavior is similar to Sea Turtles. They will hide as they see you approaching. Once they hide, stand still until they reappear, and then you can approach them to feed. Their favorite food is Golden Honey and Pufflebud Pods, and they like every fruit. Keep Pufflepud Pods or Golden Honey in your inventory so that you can feed them to a Hedgehog.

How to Unlock Hedgehog as a Companion in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To make a Hedgehog your companion, you must feed the Hedgehog three times. You can either feed them their favorite food or liked food. After feeding a type of Hedgehog three times, it will unlock as a companion for you. To get all types of Hedgehogs as a companion, you must feed every type of Hedgehog three times.
