Disney Dreamlight Valley Honeyglow Woods DLC Confirms Three New Characters

In today’s Disney Dreamlight Valley showcase stream, the Devs revealed a ton of exciting upcoming content, including the next major expansion. The highlight of the showcase was the Honeyglow Woods, a new upcoming DLC of Disney Dreamlight Valley that confirms three new characters, biomes, new gameplay features, and more. The most exciting thing for fans is that it is releasing on July 8, 2026, just a month away.

Honeyglow Woods Story Overview

During the Showcase Stream, the Devs gave an overview of the story of the upcoming Honeyglow Woods. It is in the best interest of fans to know what to expect from the new DLC. The Honeyglow Woods takes place in a new World, “Honeyglow Woods”. It was once a relaxing world, where you could spend your whole day doing nothing or playing games with the residents. However, everything changed when the Ever Oak Tree closed.

As players step into the Honeyglow Woods, they have to uncover the cause of the catastrophe. Moreover, the players will not be alone in this new adventure. Players will meet three new characters throughout the Honeyglow Woods.

Another exciting news about this new DLC is that it does not come in parts, unlike the first two DLCs. The launch of Honeyglow Woods will include the complete story. Players will not have to wait for another part of the DLC to release to complete its story.

All Confirmed Characters for Honeyglow Woods

Speaking of the new characters, there are three new characters from Disney’s universes. The three main characters for the Honeyglow Woods story are as follows.

• Winnie the Pooh from Disney’s Winnie the Pooh
• Piglet from Disney’s Winnie the Pooh
• Eeyore from Disney’s Winnie the Pooh

To find and meet with all of these new characters, players will have to explore the new, unique biomes. There are four biomes in the Honeyglow Woods, including Drowsybloom Acre, Gloommeadow, Braveheart Grove, and Nectar Apiary. As they make progress in the story, they will get to unlock all of these characters and reunite all of them.

Beekeeping – New Gameplay Feature

The Honeyglow Woods DLC also includes a new gameplay feature, Beekeeping. Honey is very precious and magical in the Honeyglow Woods. Players can generate more honey by placing more flowers around a Busy Bees’ House. This will pollinate the bees’ house, producing more honey. With the honey, players will unlock new honey-based recipes, including Warm Milk & Honey, Honeycrunch Bar, Pooh’s Birthday Cake, Honeypot Lamp, Cozy Honeyleaf Rug, and many more.

In celebration of 100 years of Winnie the Pooh, the Honeyglow Woods DLC will release on all platforms on July 8, 2026. Moreover, the Devs have also revealed the Content Roadmap for the rest of 2026, promising two free updates and a new DLC at the end of the year.
