How to Find and Farm Clay in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Clay, as you might have noticed, is a pretty important resource in our Disney Dreamlight Valley adventures. It’s essential for cooking, crafting, and even some quests. But where do you find it? Let’s dive into that.

How to Get Clay

Clay is a resource that can only be found in specific areas. Players can find clay in one of the following areas.

• Glade of Trust
• Sunlit Plateau
• Forgotten Lands

All of these areas are required to be unlocked with Dreamlight currency. After making progress in the game and completing the duties, you’ll be able to unlock one of the areas. You can unlock Glade of Trust or Sunlit Plateau. After unlocking Sunlit Plateau, you’ll be able to unlock Forgotten Lands.

To collect the Clay, all you have to do is equip your shovel and dig holes. Digging holes in the ground will get you, Clay, in these areas. You will find mud in these areas; you have to dig in the mud using your shovel. You will find the shovel in the early game from the royal tools quest. Clay is used in crafting to make all sorts of objects. So, if you have just started the game then you’ll have to grind and earn Dreamlight to open one of the new areas, and then you’ll be able to collect a huge amount of Clay.
