Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Duplicate Storage Chests

There are a lot of items, resources, cosmetics, etc. in the game, and in order to keep space in your inventory, you’d have to put the items in the chest which is in your house so, you can get them later when you need them.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how you can duplicate the Storage Chest that is in your house in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Duplicating Storage Chest

At the start of the game, you’ll be given a house by Merlin in which there is a chest for storage. That chest would have 8 Storage blocks at the start and in order to increase the storage of the chest, you’d have to upgrade your house by interacting with the Scrooge McDuck symbol outside of your house. Upgrading the house will increase the storage of that chest and you can store more items in that chest that will fix your inventory problems. You can also make other wooden chests with Softwood and rocks and place them in your house for storage.

But what if you require a specific item or items for your quest in another Biome and that item is stored in the chest in your house, you’d have to come all the way to the house and get the item and then go back to the other biome. Now, what if we tell you that there is a trick by which you can get your stored items anywhere you want? The dark wooden chest that you upgraded with your house can be duplicated in this game by doing a simple trick.

The duplication of this chest will allow you to access the chests with the same stored items in the original chest in your house. It will not increase the storage but it’ll help you get the items from the duplicated chests instead of returning home and getting the items from the chest. Now, in order to do this, you’ll have to empty the main dark wooden chest and then go into build mode. You need to remove the chest from the house and then store it in your inventory by clicking the middle mouse button on the chest.

After that, you need to go to Scrooge Mc Duck’s Shop and order the chests. Talk to Scrooge and select that you want to order some things, select furniture, and then select Storage. You’ll see the Dark Wood Vintage Chest in the storage for 3,200 Star Coins. You need to buy a few of these chests and then place 1 back in the house and store your items in that chest. Then you need to go to other biomes and place the chest in each biome. After you’ve done that, you’ll be able to access the chest in each biome and you can get your items or transfer your items in the chest without returning home. It works the same as the Ender Chest in Minecraft.
