Elden Ring: Ancestor Spirit, How to Defeat and Rewards

Ancestor Spirit is a Boss in Elden Ring. This Boss is like the dead body of a Deer. Its horns and upper body glow like a Light Blue Light. In many of the attacks, this boss does have a magical cyan glow. This is an optional boss in Elden Ring.

Location

This Boss can be found in the Hallow-Horn Grounds and also in the Siofra River. You have to lighten up all the pillars in the underground map.

Location of all Pillars

There is a total of eight pillars that you have to lighten up to get the Boss of spirit.

• By the site of Grace Siofra River Bank
• In the corner from the first pillar in west
• Pool area with lights in a small town
• In the eastern area of the map by a cliff
• Worshippers Wood site of grace
• Site of grace below well to the right
• Site of grace below well to the left

How to Defeat: Attacks, Abilities

After accessing the door at the location you will teleport to a place where you will find a Deer with long horns. This Boss has different magical flames attacks. The first one is when he jumps three times in the air and then through blue fire ashes that you can dodge heading forward and roll which will also put you behind the Boss.

The second one is the sweep where he will attack and pause with his horns three or four times. You can dodge this attack by dodging by roll left or right to the opposite side of the Boss. The third one is a moving light blue flame which you can simply dodge by creating distance. It always fires around his feet.

Rewards

After defeating this boss you will get 13,000 Runes and Ancestral Follower Ashes. Ancestral Follower Ashes is a spirit and summon which is used to craft a heavy bow.
