Geoff Keighley Confirms Gamescom 2024 Opening Night Live Will Include New Game Announcements

Gamescom 2024 is starting next week with its Opening Night Live on August 20, hosted by the show’s producer, Geoff Keighley. Geoff confirms some of the games that will be showcased during the Opening Night Live in his recent tweet on X, including:

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
Monster Hunter Wilds
MARVEL Rivals
Dune Awakening
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
Sid Meier’s Civilization VII

Moreover, Geoff continually replied under the tweet saying, “Yes, there will be new game announcements.”

The titles mentioned above have already been revealed to the fans over the year and will include the game’s new footage, but the most reassuring thing is the reveal of new games that all attendees and fans worldwide will get to witness at once.

Gamescom 2024 will start next week on Tuesday, August 20 with Opening Night Live and the gaming exhibition will take place from August 21 to 25 in Cologne, Germany.
