As you start in a Motel and then move to a Sweatshop, the overall space at those locations is not that great. You can handle the daily business of selling little drugs, but manufacturing and distributing a bigger number of drugs will require more space. In this guide, we will tell you how you can get new properties in Schedule 1.

How to Get New Properties in Schedule 1

Acquiring new properties for personal and drug manufacturing space in Schedule 1 will require you to purchase them from a Real Estate building. There is only one Real Estate building in Hyland Point City, and that is Ray’s Real Estate. Ray’s Real Estate building is in the Westville region. Players will unlock this region quite early in the game by progressing through the main objectives. Upon unlocking Westville, go to Ray’s Real Estate building and speak with him to see different available properties.

There are three properties currently available in Schedule 1 that you can purchase at any time. Each property offers a certain space along with Loading Bays and Employee Limit. Purchasing a property for manufacturing products will require you to have a decent amount of Employee Limit. This way, you will be able to hire more employees. Here are all the properties available for purchase in Schedule 1.

Purchase any property you see fit for yourself, and then you will be able to access it. You can decorate the property or move in your workstations to set up a new manufacturing space for your products.

What are the Loading Bays in Schedule 1

The Loading Bay allows you to get deliveries of items and ingredients to your properties. Instead of going to the stores and purchasing items individually, you can order a delivery of everything you need from the phone. Open the “Deliveries” app and select the store to place your order of items. After that, select the property to which you want it delivered. Moreover, if you are at the Barn or the Warehouse, you can select between Loading Bays 1 and 2.

Wait for the delivery van to come to the Loading Bay at your property, and you will be able to unload your ordered items. It is a great way to get tons of supplies for your products in a short time.
