Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Klara Romance Guide – How to Win Her Heart

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is an expansive action role-playing game that continues the journey of Henry in the Kingdom of Bohemia. Throughout this immersive adventure, Henry will encounter a variety of characters with whom he can freely interact. Some NPCs are even romanceable, and one of the first you’ll meet is Klara, a nurse stationed at the Nebakov Fortress. In this guide, we’ll walk you through all the possible instances where you can romance Klara in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, and how to successfully pursue her affection.

Where to Find Klara in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

Klara is a normal female NPC you’ll find at Nebakov Fortress. She is the only nurse at the fortress, responsible for taking care of the wounded. You’ll first meet her during the “Back in the Saddle” quest. Once you reach Nebakov Fortress, follow the first two objectives: follow Michael and then duel with him.

After the duel, go through a door leading to the Lower Castle. On the right, you’ll find a cabin. Inside the cabin, you’ll see Klara tending to the wounded.

All Klara Romance Scenes in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

There are two main instances when you can have sex and romance with Klara in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The first instance appears when you treat yourself to Klara and join her on the walk during the “Back in the Saddle” quest. The second instance appears if you help Klara get to the wounded prisoners and help her treat the injured in the Lower Castle during the “The Finger of God” quest.

The first romance instance with Klara happens during the “Back in the Saddle” quest. After the duel with Michael, if you speak to Klara and have her treat your wounds, she will ask you to join her for a walk. Accept her invitation to walk, and then help her gather a few herbs:

• 4x Sage
• 5x Poppy
• 8x Marigold

After you gather all the required herbs, Klara will ask you to follow her deeper into the woods, where she will share a secret. She will then present you with a riddle. Answer the riddle correctly by selecting the option: “I think she’s called Klara.” If you answer correctly, Klara will then proceed to have sex with Henry in the woods.

Second Romance Instance with Klara in Kingdom Come Deliverance II

The second instance (or the first instance, if you missed the earlier opportunity) occurs during the “Finger of God” quest. After burying the dead and learning to use a hand cannon, you will find Klara beneath the tower at Nebakov Fortress, arguing with a couple of soldiers.

Speak with her, and tell the guards that “the prisoners need treatment.” A skill check will then appear. To pass this check, select the option “Zizka lost the duel against me.”

Now, follow Klara down to the cells and speak with her. She will ask you to help treat the wounded. Agree to assist her in treating the wounded prisoners in the Lower Castle.

Now, go to the Lower Castle and treat Mark, Zwerk, and Kozliek. As you interact with every wounded NPC, you have to provide them with the correct medications including bandages and various potions.

NOTE: It does not really matter whether you treat them correctly or not. We only treated one individual (Kozliek) correctly and still completed the task and got to romance Klara.

After treating the wounded, go back to Klara and speak with her. Here, you will have to pass a skill check to secure the romance option. Select the “No walk today, I reckon?” to pass the skill check easily.

Now, the only thing that is left to do is to go into the cabin and interact with the bed. A cutscene will start in which Klara will join Henry in the bed.
