Lost and Found Quest Guide in Palia

Lost and Found is a new Discovery quest for Auni in Palia. Auni needs help recovering a dropped library book. He will appear at your Housing Plot asking for your help to locate the missing book. In this guide, we will walk you through the Lost and Found quest in Palia.

How to Complete the Lost and Found Quest in Palia

Starting the Quest

To start the Lost and Found quest, you must speak with Auni at the housing plot. As you update Palia to the latest patch (0.192), you will find Auni at your Housing Plot area with a quest marker on his head. Speak with Auni and go through the dialogues to initiate the Lost and Found quest.

Find Auni’s Book

Upon initiating the quest, travel to the Elderwood map zone. Open the map to see the search zone for Auni’s Book. The search zone will be on the east side of the Deep Woods area. Travel to the Deep Woods and continue to the east side. Go to the center of the search area and stay on the ground level to see a sparkling spot. Interact with it to search the spot. You will not find the book, but some footprints.

Climb up to the higher ground ahead and follow the footprints. Climb again and you will see the footprints leading into the Beast’s Lair (Cave).

Confront the book thief

As you enter the cave, you will see Ulfe. Speak to Ulfe and ask him to return the book. He will tell you to bring some Umbraan food first. Before you bring any food, you need to speak with Caleri to learn the best Umbraan food. She will tell you that burgers and fries are the best Umbraan food.

Make Bean Burger and Flowtato Fries

Now, it is time to cook Bean Burger and Flowtato Fries. Both of these are the new recipes added with the recent Elderwood expansion update.

After acquiring the recipes, go to your cooking appliances and start making the following meals.

• Bean Burger
• Flowtato Fries with ketchup

Bring Ulfe food

After making Umbraan food, go back to the Beast’s Lair to bring food to Ulfe. As you give food to Ulfe, he will give you the book.

Return the book back to Auni

Now, leave the cave and go back to Kilima Valley to find Auni. Speak to Auni to return the book. Go through the dialogues, and the quest will conclude.

Rewards

Completing the Lost and Found quest in Palia for Auni will give Auni’s Kite as a reward.
