Multiplayer Resident Evil will be released under the name Re: Verse and will be sold together with Village

Resident Evil: Village is available for pre-order ahead of time in the digital store Humble Bundle, and on the title page you can see details not only about the editions but also about the online game for the franchise, which was mentioned in the leaks.

Apparently, the multiplayer action game will be released under the name Resident Evil Re: Verse, which will be sold with the eighth part of the series. As fans have previously suggested, based on data from internal Capcom documents, the game will be supported by “battle pass” and content patches.

Village itself will be sold in two editions: regular and Deluxe. The extended, in addition to the main game and Re: Verse, will include a set of “Trauma Pack” with additional in-game items, as well as a filter for the picture and music for the save room.

There is no release date for the game in the stores, but there is a link to the Re: Verse page on the Resident Evil website, which is not yet active.

Officially, Village and Re: Verse should be announced at the presentation of the Resident Evil Showcase, which begins on January 22. Capcom promises to show the gameplay of the game and the next trailer. Perhaps the event will also reveal a release date.
