Pokémon Home not available at launch for Arceus and Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

Pokémon Home, the cloud service that acts as a “bank” for the storage of captured Pokémon, will not work at launch on Pokémon Legends Arceus and Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, activating only in 2022.

Considering that Pokémon Home should work as a universal service for the Pokémon series, at least as regards the new chapters arriving, and it is also paid, at least in the Premium version, this lack can be quite annoying for users.

Continuing with the project undertaken with Pokémon Bank on Nintendo 3DS, Pokémon Home allows you to store up to 6000 creatures (with subscription ) and possibly exchange them from one game to another as regards the titles compatible with the service, which could be very convenient. and interesting for the new games coming to Nintendo Switch, only it can’t be used right away.

The Pokémon Company has confirmed that Pokémon Home will not be able to be used at launch in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, coming November 19, 2021, and apparently not even in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, expected for January 28, 2022. There are no references yet. precise on the launch, but support for the service is expected to arrive in the course of 2022, on a date yet to be specified.
