Soulmask: How to Make a Campfire

Campfire is one of the essential building structures in Soulmask that will allow players to ward off the cold and cook the roasted food items, but most importantly it acts as a revival point upon meeting a tragic fate in the adventure. Players must put down the campfires while traversing to new regions of the world map to ensure not get a grave lost where they have to go all the way back to the dead body of the character from the base.

How to Unlock the Campfire in Soulmask

The Campfire is one of the initial building structures that players can make right off the start, but similar to all the crafting items and structures, players will first have to unlock its blueprint. To unlock the Blueprint of the Campfire, head to the Knowledge & Technology Menu by pressing the T Button and you will see the Campfire blueprint on the left side.

It requires Awareness Strength 1 which is basically your level in the game. As it is one of the earliest blueprints in the game, it doesn’t require any Technology Points so, you will be able to learn the recipe for Campfire for free.

How to Make the Campfire in Soulmask

Once you have learned the recipe for the Campfire, it will be available in the Blueprint Crafting which is basically the Handcrafting section located in the Items Menu. Press the Tab Button to open the Items Menu and you will see all the recipes available for crafting on the right side. From here, you can craft the Campfire by selecting it and then pressing the E Button. Obviously, it does require a certain number of materials so make sure to get them first before crafting it.

• 5x Fiber
• 5x Branch
• 5x Stone

All of these materials are very easy to get so explore around the starting area to gather the branches and stones from the ground and harvest the plants to get the fiber. Upon getting the materials and then crafting a Campfire, it will be added to your inventory. Now, the only thing left to do is to place it down. Press the respective hotkey to equip the Campfire from the inventory and then press the LMB to place it down.

How to use the Campfire in Soulmask

The campfire will stay lit only for a certain amount of time before it goes out, but you can increase its time by adding branches to it. Interact with the campfire to open its menu and you will see the Fuel Slot on the top right side where you can add the branches from your inventory on the left side.

Moreover, you will see all sorts of Roasted and Cooking Food recipes in the middle that you can cook. However, similar to other blueprints, you will also require blueprints for the food recipes before you can cook them at the campfire.
