The Star Wars Jedi: Survivor did not have the skill of Lightsaber Throw in the Skills Menu of the game but it really means that you cannot throw the Lightsaber at enemies? The answer to that is, NO and you CAN throw your Lightsaber at the enemies. It is one of the regular fighting techniques that you don’t have to teach Cal. However, the game does not really tell you how to throw the Lightsaber at the enemies so, you will have to figure that out on your own.

How to Throw the Lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

You can throw your Lightsaber right from the start of the game. In order to throw the Lightsaber, you need to Hold the L1 Button and Press the Triangle Button (PlayStation) or Hold the LB Button and Press the Y Button (XBOX). It will let Cal throw the Lightsaber in the pointed direction. If you want to throw the Lightsaber at the enemy. Lock on to an enemy and then press the corresponding buttons to throw the Lightsaber at them to deal damage.

Throwing the Lightsaber works on all Stances. It does not matter if you are using a Single, Double-Bladed, or Dual Stances, it will work on all of the stances. However, throwing the Lightsaber will consume a small portion of your Force Meter so, you cannot really abuse this move on the enemies over and over. But it is a very useful move to take out the Mine Droids from a distance before they explode near you.

You can also increase the output damage of Thrown Lightsaber by unlocking the Skills under the Lightsaber Type. When you rest at the Meditation Point, you can find a number of skills for each of Stance to increase the damage on Lightsaber when thrown at enemies.
