The Unusual Suspects is a Romance Level 3 quest for Kenyatta in Palia. After investigating the items you found in Bahari Bay, Kenyatta might have a lead on the Bahari Ripper. In this guide, we will walk you through the Unusual Suspects quest in Palia.

How to Complete the Unusual Suspects Quest in Palia

Starting the quest

Starting the Unusual Suspects quest will require the player to reach Romance Level 3 with Kenyatta and complete the Something Afoot in Bahari Bay quest. Upon reaching Romance Level 3, go and speak with Kenyatta in her room to start the quest.

Check Kenyatta’s corkboard

After speaking with Kenyatta about the clues of the Bahari Ripper, she will ask you to check her corkboard. The corkboard is in her room on the wall. Go near it and interact with it to examine it. After examining the corkboard, speak with Kenyatta again. She will tell you that she believes Reth, Jel, and Tamala are the possible suspects.

Question the Suspects

After speaking with Kenyatta about the possible suspects, it’s time to question them yourself. Leave Kenyatta’s room and go out of the Mayor’s Estate. Open the map to locate all of the suspects, then go and question each one of them. However, you need to bring proof to every suspect while questioning them. Here are the following proofs for each suspect.

Reth: While questioning Reth, select the Suspicious Knife clue.
Jel: While questioning Jel, select the Stained Shirt clue.
Tamala: While questioning Tamala, select the Suspicious Powder clue.

After questioning all of the suspects, go back to Kenyatta to tell her what you have found out. Speak with Kenyatta, and she will tell you to question the final suspect, Tish.

Confront Tish

Now, go back to Kilima Village and find Tish. Ask her about the baggie of spices and go through the dialogues. Once done, go back to Kenyatta and speak with her. Tell her what you have found out from your investigation, and the quest will conclude.
