Valheim: How to Craft Drakkar

Valheim’s latest update will allow players to uncover a new treacherous biome called Ashlands located far from the Mistlands. This new biome has its own treacherous beings and a burning atmosphere that will bring oblivion to the players if they try to walk on it without proper gear.

However, the first hurdle players must overcome is reaching the Ashlands, which is only possible by using a newly added ship called Drakkar. This guide will provide all the information you need to craft Drakkar in Valheim.

How to Craft Drakkar in Valheim

Crafting Drakkar in Valheim requires various late-game materials that players will get after defeating Mistlands Queen boss. It is because crafting Drakkar will require Ceramic Plates that can only be crafted using Black Marble at the upgraded Artisan Table for which you need a Majestic Carapace that is dropped from Mistlands Queen.

Upgrading the Artisan Table will require an Artisan Press for which you will be needing the following materials.

  • 5x Black Marble
  • 5x Bronze
  • 1x Majestic Carapace

Once done, newer recipes will unlock one of which will be the Ceramic Plates. It is probably the only material for which you have to do all of these prerequisites. Now, all the required materials that you will be needing to craft the Drakkar are the following.

  • 100x Iron Nails
  • 30x Ceramic Plate
  • 50x Finewood
  • 25x Yggdrasil wood

Once you have gathered all of these materials, go over to the Workbench station and you will find the recipe for Drakkar. Select and craft it to use for your sailing to the new biome, Ashlands alone or with your friends.
