Where to Find & Catch Azure Stonehopper in Palia

Catching all rarities of bugs is the crucial step of leveling up the Bug Catching Guild to unlock advanced versions of the Belt as well as new items and crafting recipes. One of the rare bugs that players can catch is an Azure Stonehopper which Tamala currently needs. This guide will focus on where you can find and how you can catch the Azure Stonehopper in Palia.

Where to Find Azure Stonehopper in Palia

The Azure Stonehopper is one of the rare bugs in the game that spawns at any time in the Bahari Fields. The southern areas with mountains and fields have a higher chance of spawning it such as  Pulsewater Plains, Hideaway Bluffs, and outside Pavel Mines.

How to Catch Azure Stonehopper in Palia

Catching the Azure Stonehopper is a bit more tricky than other bugs as it moves faster by hopping on the ground. However, they are easy to spot while running through the fields and mountain areas of Bahari Bay.

Additionally, stunning the Azure Stonehopper will require multiple Smoke Bombs so, make sure you bring enough to stun it when you find it. If the Azure Stonehopper gets alerted, it will try to flee away by hopping quickly on the ground. It is best to throw the Sticky Smoke Bombs on it to slow it down and then use the regular Smoke Bombs to stun it.

After stunning the Azure Stonehopper, simply go near it and interact with it to pick it up. The Azure Stonehopper also has a chance of dropping 1-7 Silk Thread when picked up.

Uses of Azure Stonehopper

Players can sell Azure Stonehopper for 150 Gold (Base) and 225 Gold (Star Quality) to Zeki or at the Shipping Bin. Moreover, you can also gift it to certain villagers who like it or those who need it. Currently, Tamala needs an Azure Stonehopper until November 10, 2024, so if you have caught one, bring it to her.

Playing Video Games is the very first hobby that I partake in and it became my favorite hobby. Played Unreal Tournament 2004 as my first game which made me a fan of FPS Games. Story and Adventure Games are still my Cup of Tea to go with as they give more detailing to the described worlds and characters. I love to help out my fellow gamers across all over the world by making my publications.
