Where to Find Rainbow Trout in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Rainbow Trout is a common fish that players can find in the Peaceful Meadow and Forest of Valor biomes of the Valley. Moreover, it also spawns in the waters of the Oasis area of the Glittering Dunes biome of the Eternity Isle world.

The Peaceful Meadow is one of the earliest biomes of the Valley. It is south of the Plaza and contains a few ponds. The Forest of Valor is an early-game biome on the east side of the Valley and requires 3,000 Dreamlight to unlock. It is connected with the Plaza, Dazzle Beach, and Frosted Heights biomes. Once the player has access to the biomes, they can start looking for the fish. Players need to look for White ripples (bubbles) at the fishing spots. The ripples spawn in the river and the ponds in the biomes.  

How to Catch Rainbow Trout in Disney Dreamlight Valley

After locating the White Ripples in the Peaceful Meadow or Forest of Valor biome, equip the Royal Fishing Rod tool and cast the rod line inside the white bubbles. Now, complete the fishing mini-game to catch the Rainbow Trout.

TIP: If you don’t find any White Ripples, start fishing in the Blue and Gold Ripples in the ponds to spawn a white one after some time.

Use of Rainbow Trout in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Players can consume Rainbow Trout to restore 300 Energy. Moreover, they can sell it to Goofy for 50 Star Coins. Furthermore, it is a necessary ingredient for the following recipes.

• Seared Rainbow Trout
• Milky Way Stew
