How to Complete the Big Family Blowup Quest in Palia

Starting the quest

Starting the Big Family Blowup quest will require the player to reach Friendship Level 3 with Hodari and complete the Mine Mystery quest. Upon reaching Level 3 and completing the prerequisite quest, a quest marker will appear on Hodari. Go and speak with Hodari to initiate the Big Family Blowup quest.

Talk to Najuma about the dynamite

After starting the quest, open the map to find Najuma. Go and speak to her about the dynamite. She will tell you that she did not take the dynamite. Moreover, she will tell you that the dynamite might be around somewhere near the mines.

Find the missing dynamite

After speaking with Najuma, a search area will be highlighted on your map. Open the map to see the search area around the mines in the Outskirts. Go to the Outskirts area and make your way to the northern door of the mines. Here, you will find a box and a locked door. Interact with the door to learn that the door has been closed by the order of the Mayor.

Gain access to the Northern Mineshaft

Go to the Kilima Valley and open the map to find Kenli. Go and speak to Kenli about the closed northern mineshaft on the outskirts. At the end of the conversation, he will give you the “Mines Key”.

Find and return the dynamite to Hodari

Now, go back to the northern mineshaft in the Bahari Bay map zone. Interact with the door to use the Mines Key and enter the mines. Upon entering the mines, you will find the dynamite at the end of the room. Pick up the dynamite and leave the mines. Go back to Hodari and speak to him to give him the dynamite. As the conversation ends, the quest will conclude.
