A Plague Tale: Requiem: Everything About Crafting

A Plague Tale: Requiem also has a crafting mechanic just like its original game. The stealth and action gameplay of the game allows you to use the crafted items in different scenarios of the game. Players can craft different ammo types and weapons coatings with the resources or materials that they collect through exploring the chapters.

Crafting

The original game of this series has also a similar mechanic of crafting which allows players to craft the items with the materials they collect or find. In the Requiem, players can craft the Ammo Types and coating of the weapons by collecting the 5 different materials in the world. The 5 materials that players will find in the game are the following.

• Sulphur
• Alcohol
• Saltpeter
• Fabric
• Resin

All these materials can be found in the barrel or in a chest. In the 2nd chapter named Newcomers, you’ll get an objective to find the Sulphur which will you find in the chest. Most of the resources that you find will be inside the chests. Chests are spread in different places in all the chapters and the chests are also shining if you haven’t looted them. Make sure to loot the chests to keep gathering the resources required for your items.

The crafting of the items is very easy and it is also taught to you in the 2nd chapter. Once you’ve got the resources of an item, open the menu and go inside the crafting menu. Craft the ammo type or coatings for your weapons. The ammo types that you can craft are the following.

• Ignifer
• Extinguis
• Tar
• Odoris

All four of these ammo types have their own use in the gameplay and you can use these ammo types in your surrounding as well to get away from the enemies easily or attract rats on your enemies and so on. You can also quickly craft by opening the selection menu and selecting the type of ammo that you want and holding down the button to craft it. The quick crafting is very helpful between the fights because you didn’t have to go into the crafting menu to craft more ammo.
