Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ latest update affects DIY recipes
Animal Crossing: New Horizons continues to receive updates that change, add and adjust certain parameters of the game. On this occasion, with the latest update, in addition to fixing small bugs in the gameplay of the title, a series of adjustments have been made that affect the DIY recipes.
As we can see in the video below, uploaded and explained by Mayor Mori’s channel, DIY recipes can no longer be carried from one island to another. In other words, the DIY recipes that we find on an island will have to stay on land. As commented on this YouTube channel, it looks like a move by Nintendo to preserve the game’s story mode and extend it, making players explore on their own island in order to get those items, without going to look for those recipes on other islands to build them on their own.
