Planks and Sheetmetal are some of the many new resources and items added to Arc Raiders with the Frozen Trail update. The update offers a handful of new features, with Outpost being a crucial one. Outpost is essential for late-game gear advancement, including blueprint crafting, furniture designing, and amplifying weapons. However, to unlock the Outpost, you must deliver crucial materials, including Planks and Sheetmetal. In this guide, we will explain how to get Planks and Sheetmetal in Arc Raiders.

How to Get Planks & Sheetmetal in Arc Raiders

There are a couple of ways to get Planks and Sheetmetal in Arc Raiders. Both of these resources are common, so they are pretty easy to get if you know where to look.

  • Buy from Celeste using Assorted Seeds
  • Search Residential areas for Planks
  • Search Industrial and Technological areas for Sheetmetal

The easiest way to get your hands on Planks and Sheetmetal is to purchase them from Celeste. Celeste is one of the traders who only deal in exchange for Seeds. She offers an unlimited number of Planks and Sheetmetal for 3 Assorted Seeds a piece. If you are trying to complete the project quickly, then Celeste is the best option. It will only cost you 24 Assorted Seeds to get 3x Planks and 5x Sheetmetal.

To find Planks in the Topside, search the residential areas. Go to Buried City, Dam Battlegrounds, Blue Gate, or Pendola Pass, and search any houses you see. Open drawers to have a chance of finding the Planks.

To find Sheetmetal, search the technological and industrial areas on the maps. Stella Montis is a great map to search for the Sheetmetal. Open all containers in these areas to get a decent amount of Sheetmetal.

If you have a handful of Assorted Seeds, then it is best that you purchase the Planks and Sheetmetal directly from Celeste rather than going Topside.

Playing Video Games is the very first hobby that I partake in and it became my favorite hobby. Played Unreal Tournament 2004 as my first game which made me a fan of FPS Games. Story and Adventure Games are still my Cup of Tea to go with as they give more detailing to the described worlds and characters. I love to help out my fellow gamers across all over the world by making my publications.
