How to Complete the Cheer Up Quest in Palia

Starting the quest

Starting the Cheer Up quest will require the player to reach Friendship Level 4 with Jina and complete the Open the Door quest. Upon reaching Level 4 and completing the prerequisite quest, you will receive a letter from Hekla. After reading the letter, go to Jina and speak with her.

Speak to Hekla

After speaking with Jina, you need to find something to cheer her up. Go to Hekla and ask if she knows how to cheer up Jina. She will mention that Jina likes mushrooms. Moreover, she will give you the recipe for the Cream of Mushroom Soup meal.

Cook Cream of Mushroom Soup

Instead of bringing mushrooms, it is better to cook her a mushroom soup. To cook the Cream of Mushroom Soup, make sure that you have the following cooking stations.

• 1x Standard Stove
• 1x Prep Station
• 1x Standard Oven

Moreover, you must have the following ingredients to make the Cream of Mushroom Soup.

Make your way to the highlighted area on the map and walk into the ruin site to complete the objective. Here are the three ruin sites that you need to explore.

• The Gateway

Return to Jina

After exploring three different ruin sites, go back to Jina and speak with her. Go through the dialogues to give her inspiration for her thesis, and the quest will conclude.
