He lives on the edge of Utara Lake, east of Dave’s cabin. Go over to his house to speak with Basu and ask him what he likes. He will ask you to bring him a Piraiba Catfish. Where to find Piraiba Catfish in Dave the Diver: In the Jungle

Before you dive into the lake, make sure to bring an extra oxygen tank and some ammo for the Jungle Gun. You need to head down to the lower layer of Utara Lake between 35 and 75 meters. While you are diving down, keep going to the right. Once you are in the correct depth, slowly swim to the right and wait for the Piraiba Catfish to come out.
