Disney Dreamlight Valley - Eye on the Prize quest

Eye on the Prize is the second main quest of the new Laugh Floor update of Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players will unlock this quest right after completing the ‘Escape Claws’ quest.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to complete the Eye on the Prize quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Complete the Eye on the Prize Quest

Upon unlocking the quest, speak with Mike Wazowski and he will tell you to find the Keycards to unlock the jammed door in the reception. To find the keycards, you need to go through the receptionist door but it will be jammed and to unlock it you will have to get the MIFT Toolkit. The MIFT Toolkit can be found inside the tool chest located at the end of the Laugh Floor. The tool chest is a red storage cabinet and once you have obtained the MIFT Toolkit, make your way to the door beside the reception to unlock it.

Go inside the reception and make your way to the reception window to find the Keycards. Now, make your way back to Mike and bring him the Keycards.

Clues in Bay F2 Door

After speaking with Mike, make your way to the Red Door and enter inside. You need to gather three clues inside the room which can be found by interacting with the hand-drawn pictures. The pictures can be found in the following places.

  • On the wall beside the bed.
  • On the wall beside the white door.
  • Behind the curtains.

After finding all three clues, exit through the red door and speak with Mike.

Clues in Bay F3 Door

Upon speaking with Mike, make your way to the Blue Door and enter inside. You need to gather three clues that resemble space as the kid loves space. To gather the clues, you need to take pictures instead of interacting with them. You can find the clues in the following places.

  • The ‘Astrojet’ poster on the wall.
  • The shining stars on the ceiling.
  • The space ranger book on the floor beside the bookshelf.

After gathering all the clues, exit through the blue door and speak with Mike.

Clues in Bay F4 Door

Upon speaking with Mike, make your way to the Green Door and enter inside. You need to collect a physical clue for Mike this time and as you enter the room, it will be messy. Remove the pile of smelly clothes to find a Whoopee Cushion. Once you have it, leave the room and bring it to Mike.

Gather Three Different Sodas for Mike

Upon speaking with Mike after bringing all the clues to him, he will tell you to gather three different sodas from three different vending machines and will give you only two coins. You need to gather a Red Soda, a Blue Soda, and a Green Soda. To get all the sodas, you can follow the following steps.

  • Red Soda: Make your way to the reception area and interact with the Red Vending Machine to get the Red Soda.
  • Blue Soda: The Blue Vending Machine will be OFF so, you have to first turn it ON by interacting with a Blue switch on the wall beside the vending machine. Once it is ON, interact with it to get the Blue Soda.
  • Green Soda: The Green Vending Machine is located inside the reception and it will be out of order. You need to equip the Royal Pickaxe and use it to break the glass of the vending machine to get the Green Soda.

Once you have obtained all three Sodas, bring them to Mike.

Place Mike and Sulley’s House in the Valley

Leave the Laugh Floor Realm and make your way back to the Valley. Go into the Build Mode by selecting the ‘Furniture’ option and then select Mike’s icon under the ‘Requests’ option to find ‘Mike and Sulley’s Apartment’. Place their apartment in the valley and interact with Scrooge McDuck’s signboard to build the house. It will cost 20,000 Star Coins to build their house.

Upon building Mike and Sulley’s Apartment, Sulley will first appear in the Valley so welcome him by taking a selfie with them and then speak to him to learn that Mike stayed back in the Laugh Floor. After speaking with him, go back to Laugh Floor and speak with Mike to bring him to the valley. Now, welcome Mike Wazowski by taking a selfie with him, and then speak to him to conclude the quest.
