Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Craft Photo Backdrop

As players progress through the main quests of the characters of the valley, they will get to craft many unique items at the crafting station. Some of the items are straightforward forward but some are very confusing. One of the items that you will have to make during the quest named “Making Music” is Photo Backdrop.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to craft Photo Backdrop in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

What is Photo Backdrop Required For?

Once players have leveled up Friendship level up to 10 with Stitch, they will unlock Stitch’s last quest named “Making Music” in the current update. Stitch has made up his mind to choose Music as his Hobby and you will get to gather some characters that play musical instruments. After that, you will have to craft the Photo Backdrop for the artists for the Photo Shoot. You will have to gather the required resources for the Photo Backdrop to craft it.

Crafting Photo Backdrop

Photo Backdrop cannot be found naturally so you will have to gather the required materials for it and then use the materials to craft a new Photo Backdrop. The Photo Backdrop requires the following materials.

• 20x Hardwood
• 10x Glass
• 10x Fabric
• 9x Tinkering Parts

Hardwood can be found under the trees in the valley. You can find Hardwood in all the biomes except the Plaza and the Peaceful Meadow. Go to other unlocked Biomes and look under the trees to find the Hardwood.

Glass is a Refined Material that can be crafted with Sand and Coal. 1x Glass requires 5x Sand and 1x Coal Ore. To craft 10x Glass, you are going to need 50x Sand and 10x Coal Ores. Sand can be obtained by digging the sand on the Dazzle Beach biome and Coal Ores are obtained by mining. Once you have the resources for Glass, go to the crafting station and craft 10x Glass.

Fabric is a Refined Material that is crafted with Cotton. 1x Fabric requires 5x Cotton to craft so, in order to craft 10x Fabric, you will need 50x Cotton. Cotton can be found in the Sunlit Plateau biome and you can also buy it seeds from Goofy and grow them on your own.

The Tinkering Parts can be crafted at the crafting station with Iron Ingots. 1x Tinkering Part will require 2x Iron Ingot to craft and for the total of 9x tinkering Parts, you will have to gather 18x Iron Ingot. Iron Ingot is also a Refined Material and it is crafted with Iron Ores and Coal Ores. 1 Iron Ingot requires 5x Iron Ore and 1x Coal Ore. So, in order to craft 18 Iron Ingots, you are going to need 90 Iron Ores and 18 Coal Ores. Both of them can be obtained by mining the Black Colored Rocks in all of the biomes except the Plaza and the Peaceful Meadow. After gathering the Iron Ores and Coal Ores, go to the Crafting Station to craft 18 Iron Ingots and then craft 9 Tinkering Parts with Iron Ingots.

Once you have obtained all the required materials, go to the Crafting Station to craft Photo Backdrop. It will be under the Furniture Tab. Scroll down to see the Photo Backdrop recipe and then select it to craft with the obtained resources.
