Disney Dreamlight Valley - Cactoberries

A Rift in Time DLC offers multiple new biomes from which players can get new ingredient items used to prepare new food recipes. Cactoberry is one of the new fruits introduced with A Rift in Time expansion of Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players can consume Cactoberry to regenerate energy or use other ingredients to make a meal at a cooking station.

In this guide, we’ll go over how to get Cactoberries in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Get Cactoberries in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Cactoberries are obtained from harvesting the Cactoberry Plants found in the Glittering Dunes biome of Eternity Isle. Eternity Isle is a New World exclusive for the A Rift in Time expansion, meaning players will first have to buy the A Rift in Time expansion to get the Cactoberries.

Once players have access to the Eternity Isle, they must progress in the main Expansion Quests to repair the bridge during The Sands in Hourglass quest for Jafar. It will allow players to go to the Glittering Dunes biome and access the areas within the biome.

The Glittering Dunes biome is located on the west side of Eternity Isle and the following areas have Cactoberry Plants.

  • The Oasis – Unlocked using 6,000 Mist.
  • The Borderlands – Unlocked using 10,000 Mist.

Harvesting the Cactoberry Plants will give 2x Cactoberries each and it will take 45 minutes for the Cactoberries to regrow. Both of the areas of The Glittering Dunes have several Cactoberry Plants spawns so you will be able to farm Cactoberries easily if you have access to all of the areas. Cactoberries can also be sold at Goofy’s Stalls both in Eternity Isle and Dreamlight Valley for 34 Star Coins.
