Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Get More Storage

As there are many items, resources, and valuables in Disney Dreamlight Valley, your inventory will fill up very quickly and you don’t want to drop all of the things on the ground to make space in your inventory. You can store your items in the storage chest to make room in your inventory for the new items.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to make more storage in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Getting More Storage

When Merlin gives you your house in the game that house will have already a chest inside in which you can store your items from your inventory. But the storage quantity will be very low and it will fill up very quickly. You can store up to 8 different items in that chest and once it fills up, you’ll have to upgrade your house to increase storage in that chest.

Upgrading your house will come up later in the game and it will be a part of the quest. But if you want to increase the storage to store more items, you can craft a new chest. Once you’ve done the main quests for Scrooge McDuck, he’ll give you a crafting station that you can place anywhere and use it. You can place the crafting station in your house or near your house to use it.

To make the chest, you’ll be needing Softwoods and Stones. You can find Softwoods under the trees in the Plaza and Peaceful Meadows areas and Stones can be gathered by breaking the big rocks in the areas. You’ll be needing 25x Softwood and 25x Stones to make 1 chest. Once you have all the items, go to the crafting station and go in the Functional Items category. You’ll see the Chest and you need to craft it with the required resources.

After crafting the Chest, go to your house and go to the Build mode and place the Chest in your house. Now, you’ll be able to store more items in the Chest. This Chest will allow you to store up to 16 different items in it. Once, this chest gets filled up, you can craft another one by using the crafting station. This method will solve your storage issue in the game and let you gather more items in the game with ease.
