Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Unlock Kristoff & Donald Duck

There are many Disney characters in Disney Dreamlight Valley that you’ll get to meet. You’ll get to meet Kristoff and Donald Duck later in the game by completing a quest named “Lost in the Dark Grove” in which you have to save Donald Duck who is lost in the Dark Grove Portal.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to unlock Kristoff and Donald Duck in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Unlocking Kristoff & Donald Duck

In order to unlock both of these characters, you need to unlock the Forest of Valor area that’ll cost 3,000 Dreamlight Points. Once you’ve opened this area, a quest will be started named “Lost in the Dark Grove”. After talking to Kristoff, he’ll tell you to go inside the portal in front and find Donald. You’ll find the feather of Donald and a strange plant then you have to ask Merlin for help and he’ll tell you to gather some items for him so he can cast a spell on the feather that will lead you to Donald Duck. You’ll have to get the following items for the spell.

• 1x Donald’s Feather
• 2x Emerald
• 1x Plant from Dark Grove
• 4x Dream Shard

After collecting all the items, Merlin will cast a spell on the Feather and then you have to go to the Portal again and follow the Feather. Feather will lead you to Donald Duck. Donald will be holding the Orb of Courage. You’ll have to tell him that Kristoff sent you and then he’ll give you the Orb of Courage and the portal will appear behind Donald. Go through the Portal and place the Orb of Courage on the Pillar of Courage. After that, Donald Duck will teleport back to the Forest of Valor and the quest will end which will result in unlocking both of the characters.

After the quest, you’ll be able to do quests for Kristoff and Donald Duck and level up Friendships with them.
