Disney Dreamlight Valley: What to Feed Sunbirds

There are a lot of Critters in Disney Dreamlight Valley and feeding them will give you Dreamlight Points that are necessary to unlock new areas around the valley and in the Dream Castle. One of the animals that you’ll find later in the game is Sunbird and since every animal has a different favorite food it is hard to find what the Sunbird likes the most.

In this guide, we’ll tell you what to feed Sunbird in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Feeding Sunbirds

Sunbirds are found in the Sunlit Plateau biome and this biome can be unlocked with 7,000 Dreamlight Points. Just like other critters they like to run before you actually get to approach them. When you see a Sunbird, you’ll have to follow it until it stops, and then you’ll be able to approach it and offer food. Sunbirds have different variants or colors. You’ll find them in Red, Orchid, Emerald, Turquoise, and Golden colors. Sunbirds are very polite critters, once they follow you and you start to follow them, they will stop and wait for you to approach them.

The favorite food of sunbirds is multiple and you can offer them the following items for food.

  • Houseleek Flower
  • Red Bromeliad
  • Yellow Bromeliad

All of these flowers are found in the Sunlit Plateau biome and you can easily find them on the ground. The Bromeliad flowers change their colors, these flowers go from Green to Yellow to Red so you want to pluck these flowers when they are Yellow or Red and then feed them to Sunbird. Follow the sunbird and when it will stop, you’ll get the Approach option. Interact with it and you’ll be able to offer food to Sunbird.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
