FIFA 21 will be released on the PS5 and Xbox Series on December 4

The release date of the football simulator on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 was announced on the official Twitter of the franchise. The developers promised improved animation, lighting, effects and player AI, as well as the use of the DualSense gamepad features on the PS5, but the gameplay was not shown.

EA also announced that a free NextGen upgrade for owners of FIFA 21 on current-generation consoles will be available through the Dual Entitlement program.

As with Madden NFL 21, owners of the digital or physical version of the game for PS4 or Xbox One will be able to get a free digital copy for the PS5 or Xbox Series, respectively. Progress when switching to new consoles will only be saved in Volta and Ultimate Team modes, but not in career mode.

The offer will be limited in time — you will only be able to download a free copy of the improved version of FIFA 21 before the release of FIFA 22, which is due in 2021.

The start of sales of the Xbox Series in Russia is scheduled for November 10, and the PS5 – on November 19. The release of FIFA 21 on current-generation consoles took place in October.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
