Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes: How to Recruit Byleth

Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes game has many playable characters including new and the old characters from its prequel the Three Houses. One of the old characters in this game that you can play with is Byleth. But in order to play with Byleth, you have to recruit her.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to recruit Byleth in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes.

Recruiting Byleth

At the Main Mission of Chapter 10, players will get a message on their screen saying that the actions they take in this mission will greatly impact the outcome of the story. It means you’ll be able to make multiple choices in this mission whether to kill certain characters or not. This message specifically means that you’d be able to recruit Byleth for this mission.

Before you start the fight, go to the Strategies menu for this mission and you need to equip the Resonant Lightning. You can also equip Persuade Yuri and False Rumors strategies if you want to but the main strategy you want to equip for this mission is the Resonant Lightning. Once you have selected the strategies, start the fight to enter the battlefield.

Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes: How to Recruit Byleth

The first objective of the mission is to seize the strongholds around Baron Mateus. You need to kill all the soldiers of Mateus and seize the strongholds. Baron Mateus will surrender when you seize all the strongholds around him. Then a side mission will pop up in which you have to help the engineers in their fight. Complete the side mission of aiding the engineers. Now you want to head to the Northwest area of the battlefield to seize the strongholds. Before you enter the gates of the stronghold, you need to activate the Resonant Lightning strategy. It will strike the lightning in all the strongholds and you’ll be able to easily defeat the paladins and seize the Northwest strongholds.

Then Byleth will change positions and you need to wait for the bridge to be made. Once the bridge is made, Alois and Rodrigue will be available for you to defeat. Then make your way straight to Aloi’s location and don’t fight anybody along the way. Byleth will try to return to Rodrigue to aid him but Baron Mateus will destroy the bridge again to cut the forces and Byleth will not be able to help Rodrigue. Then you need to kill Alois and ignore Arval. After defeating Alois, you need to defeat Rodrigue as well. You need to beat them quickly before the forces join in. When you defeat both of them, Byleth will have no choice but to yield and join our side. Byleth will be available as a playable character in the game after this mission.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
