Hogwarts Legacy – How to Get Unicorn

Unicorn is one of the Magical Beasts in Hogwarts Legacy that players can rescue from the Poachers. Since Poachers are almost everywhere in Highlands, they are catching every magical beast for their use and you can rescue these beasts by putting them in a safe place i.e. Vivarium in the Room of Requirement.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get Unicorn in Hogwarts Legacy.
Getting Unicorn
There are very few unicorns left in Highlands because there is only one Unicorn Den left in the Highlands. Unicorn Den can only be found in the Forbidden Forest, north of Hogwarts. You can only find Unicorn in its Den and you will only get to rescue a single Unicorn at a time. To get to the Unicorn Den, open the map to see its location and then set it as a waypoint.
Once you have reached the Unicorn Den, you need to be silent because Unicorn will run from. In order to rescue it, you can use different spells to slow it down. You can use Glacius to freeze it or you can use Arresto Momentum to slow it. After that, you need to get close to Unicorn and use the Nab-Sack to rescue it.

You cannot rescue it without the Nab-Sack so make sure that you have completed the quest named “The Elf, the Nab-Sack, and the Loom” to get the Nab-Sack. After getting the Unicorn, you can release it in the Vivarium or you can sell it at the shop named “Brood and Peck” in Hogsmeade Village.
It is better to keep the Unicorn in Vivarium because you will be able to get Unicorn’s Hair which is an essential resource to upgrade the gear items or add traits to the gear items.
