How to get a 5-star rating in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Eventually, you’ll get to a point where improving your Animal Crossing: New Horizons island rating is top of your list. Speaking to Isabelle in Resident Services once it’s upgraded to a house, you can ask her about island evaluation. She’ll give you your current island rating – a star rating out of five – and also provide you with some feedback from those who live, and visit, your island. In order to unlock more for your island, you’ll want to work your way towards a five-star island rating.

Many of you may currently be aiming for a 5-star rating in Animal Crossing: New Horizons by Isabelle. We can consult this by talking to this character in the central building.

Ninja, the data miner has found several conditions the game requires in order to achieve a 5-star island evaluation.

  1. The game has two scoring systems called “life” and “nature”.
  2. To get a 5-star rating, you need more than 665 health points and more than 450 nature points.
  3. To obtain these points of life and nature, you must:
    1. Create DIY projects
    2. Buy products
    3. Put fences
    4. Put flowers
    5. Having 10 neighbors
  4. On the other hand, there are three other conditions that make you lose your 5-star rating :
    1. If you have more than 220 trees on your island
    2. If you have more than 15 loose items around your island
    3. If you have a “very messy map”

What do you think about it?

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
