The Wishblossom Ranch expansion of Disney Dreamlight Valley offers several new meals that players can cook for various purposes, including completing quests. These new meals are cooked with the new ingredients, which are also introduced with the expansion. One of the new fruit-type ingredients is Red Currants. Players will have to get Red Currants for various expansion quests, along with friendship quests for the new characters, and many other cooking recipes. How to Get Red Currants in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Red Currants are one of the new fruit-type ingredients in Disney Dreamlight Valley, exclusive to the Wishblossom Ranch expansion. Players will have to travel to the Wishblossom Mountains world to find the Red Currants growing on the Red Currant Bushes in one of its biomes. There are three biomes of Wishblossom Mountains, and the Red Currants are only available in the Wishing Alps biome.

The Wishing Alps is the first biome that players will get to explore as they progress through the main story of expansion. The Wishing Alps biome is located south of the Wishblossom Mountains. There are five areas in the Wishing Alps biome: Wishblossom Ranch, Wishing Way, Ranch Highlands, Silver Summit, and Delver Dale. The Red Currant Bushes are available in all of the areas of Wishing Alps. Harvesting the Red Currant Bushes will yield 2x Red Currants each, and it will take 25 minutes for the Red Currants to regrow on the bushes.

Use of Red Currants

Red Currants are a fruit-type ingredient exclusive to the Wishblossom Ranch expansion. Players can use it in different meal recipes, including Red Currant Linzer Cookies, Red Currant Valley Cakes, Eton Mess, etc. Moreover, Players can sell it for 33 Star Coins at Goofy’s Stall or consume it to regenerate 350 Energy.
