Monster Hunter Rise is approaching 2 million units sold in Japan
Monster Hunter Rise is the game of the moment in Japan, selling 110,000 copies in a week and approaching 2 million, as the Nintendo Switch continues to triumph.
The exclusive games of Nintendo Switch triumph again this last week in Japan. To no one’s surprise, Monster Hunter Rise is back in the first position, accumulating 1.8 million units sold, after adding 110,000 in the days between April 12 and 18, 2021.
There has only been one new release this week, the horse racing game Winning Post 9 2021, which has sold better on Switch than on PS4. For the rest, the classics Animal Crossing, Super Mario 3D World, Ring Fit Adventure, and Momotraru Dentetsu, exclusive to Switch, still do not leave the top 100.
