NetEase Officially Revealed Venom in Marvel Rivals, Date of Next Closed Beta

An upcoming free-to-play Super Hero Team-Based PVP Shooter, Marvel Rivals developed by NetEase has recently revealed Venom in action. Their latest character reveal trailer of Venom: Lethal Protector, showcases the gameplay of Venom with Aerial and AOE abilities and what role he plays in a team-based scenario.

The main role of Venom in Marvel Rivals is ‘tank’, allowing him to take a lot of hits in the frontline while landing strikes onto enemies both at close range and medium range, ground AOE attacks, Aerial attacks from above, and much more. Moreover, the alien symbiote also has similar abilities to Spider-Man like moving and climbing on the walls and swinging around using the threads of symbiote.

In addition to the Venom reveal trailer, NetEase also shares information about Marvel Rivals’ next Closed Beta. The next Closed Beta of Marvel Rivals will start on July 23 on PC (Steam), PlayStation5, and Xbox Series X|S.
