New outfits leak for Animal Crossing: New Horizons x Build-A-Bear plushies

We have some interesting news about the Animal Crossing: New Horizons x Build-A-Bear collaboration. A couple of images show us what the alternative outfits for Isabelle and Tom Nook plushies already released for the partnership will look like.

It looks like both characters will be getting outfits inspired by the winter clothing they show off in the Nintendo Switch game. It’s currently unknown when they will be released, as they have been featured on the official Australian Build-A-Bear channel. It makes sense that they’ve already been shown there considering they’re about to enter winter.

Remember that Build-A-Bear has previously confirmed that a brand new character is coming to their Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection sometime during this Summer! It’s possible we could see these Winter Outfit bundles released worldwide at the same as the new mystery character for maximum promotion.

It’s also worth noting that so far, the Animal Crossing Build-A-Bear characters haven’t yet been officially released in North America or European retail stores and were previously announced to arrive this Summer too. As far as we know, this Australian spotting is the first time they’ve shown up at Build-A-Bear stores.

Nintendo confirms new features on the way for Animal Crossing: New Horizons

We bring really interesting statements related to one of the most prominent video games in the Nintendo Switch catalog. It is indeed Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The following message was shared by the president of Nintendo of America, Doug Bowser. With these words, they have confirmed that they plan more news for the title for the future.

When asked why the game was not at E3 2021, this is what he said:

While we didn’t talk about this [during the Nintendo Direct at E3 2021], we absolutely have plans to make sure that the 33 million people who have islands have new and fun activities to participate in. Stay tuned for what’s on the way.

While this doesn’t constitute an announcement, and there’s no telling what he meant by that, it gives Animal Crossing players the chance to breathe

The phrase “new and fun activities” is key here. Bowser could be hinting at something big, but at the very least, it’s something Animal Crossing players haven’t seen before.

There is a lot of speculation as to what those activities could be, but for now, Animal Crossing players will need to be patient. On the bright side, Nintendo heard the cries and answered them. The future of Animal Crossing is bright.
