How to change clothes in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

With the brand new Nintendo Switch OLED announcement trailer, a few seconds of gameplay of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl was also shown. One of the Twitter users compared images from the remakes of the fourth-generation games (released a few months ago) and some screenshots from the trailer of the new model of the hybrid console.

Comparing the images, one can see some changes between the two versions of the games. The lighting of the backgrounds has changed, as has the position of the camera. Specifically, the latter difference can be clearly seen in the first two images, as in the version of the new trailer the camera is more lateral and shifted towards the protagonist’s right side.

Furthermore, not only the location has changed, but also some textures, such as the improvement of the backpack (especially its size). On top of that, in the Nintendo Switch OLED version of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, the trees look more realistic. You can also easily see the difference in lighting and a blurring effect that makes the Trainer and Pokémon fighting stand out. Another difference is the shaders on the Trainer model, which look more realistic and similar to those in Pokémon Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!

Comparing two other images, it seems that the transition from the overworld to fighting has also changed, as can be seen in the images shown. It, therefore, seems that the final games will differ somewhat from the products shown a few months ago.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
