Palia: Bulletin Board Scouting for Shimmerflies Bundles Guide

The Bulletin Board offers a number of seasonal bundles for players to complete and earn exclusive rewards. With the new Sunkissed Summer: Beauty & the Beach update, the seasonal theme for the Bulletin Board is Scouting for Shimmerflies. There are four bundles, and each requires different items. In this guide, we will walk you through how to complete the Bulletin Board Scouting for Shimmerflies Bundles in Palia.

Bulletin Board – All Scouting for Shimmerflies Bundles

After spawning at your housing plot, go to the center of Kilima Village and interact with the Bulletin Board. Here, you will have to accept the “Scouting for Shimmerflies: Intro” quest. Now, find Auni and speak with him to learn about the requests. After completing the quest, the bundles will be available for you to pursue and complete.

Here are all the bundles in the new Scouting for Shimmerflies seasonal theme of the Bulletin Board.

• Shimmerfly Catching
• Shimmerfly Garden
• Bug Catching Snacks
• Farm Chores

Each bundle requires a number of four different items for players to contribute. As players contribute all the items for a bundle, they will receive various seasonal exclusive rewards.

1. Shimmerfly Catching

The Shimmerfly Catching bundle requires various bugs. Here are all the bugs that players have to contribute to the Shimmerfly Catching bundle.

• 30x Shimmerfly: Spawns throughout the Kilima Valley at all times of the day. Catch them using the smoke bombs.
• 20x Duskwing Butterfly: Spawns at Maji’s Hollow from 3 AM to 6 PM (in-game) time. Catch them using the smoke bombs.
• 10x Nightshadow Batterfly (Star-Quality): Spawns in the caves and forests of the Elderwood region from 6 PM to 3 AM (in-game) time. Deep Woods is the best place to find them. Catch them using the Smoke Bombs.
• 3x Rainbow-tipped Butterfly: Spawns in the southern areas of the Bahari Bay region from 3 AM to 6 PM (in-game) time. Catch them using the smoke bombs.

After contributing all of the items to the Shimmerfly Catching bundle, players will receive the following rewards.

• 25 Kilima Coins
• 10,000 Lunar XP
• Friendship increases with Auni

2. Shimmerfly Garden

The Shimmerfly Garden bundle requires four different items. Here are all the items that players have to contribute to the Shimmerfly Garden bundle.

• 20x Dawnspur Lily: Grows all over in the Royal Highlands region.
• 20x Crystal Lake Lotus: Grows on Remembrance Beach and Fisherman’s Lagoon in Kilima Valley. Alternatively, you can purchase it from the general store.
• 25x Gardenia Flower: Randomly drops from catching the Common Blue Butterfly. Alternatively, you can purchase it from the Bug Catching Guild Store.
• 5x Royal Wisteria: Grows all over in the Royal Highlands region.

After contributing all the items to the Shimmerfly Garden bundle, players will receive the following rewards.

• 25 Kilima Coins
• 10,000 Lunar XP
• Friendship increases with Auni

3. Bug Catching Snacks

The Bug Catching Snacks bundle requires four different dish items. Here are all the items that players have to contribute to the Bug Catching Snacks bundle.

• 20x Candied Kopaa Nuts: Cook it at a Standard Oven using 1x Salt, 1x Honey, 1x Milk, 1x Sweet Leaf, and 1x Kopaa Nuts per dish.
• 15x Chapaa Onigiri: Cook it at a Prep Station using 1x Salt, 1x Rice, 1x Chapaa Meat, 1x Butter, and 1x Spice Sprouts per dish.
• 15x Stuffed Cabbage Rolls: Cook it at a Standard Oven using 1x Soy Sauce, 1x Napa Cabbage, 1x Any Red Meat, 1x Any Mushroom, 1x Carrot, and 1x Wild Green Onion per dish.
• 15x Chapaa Asada Tacos: Cook it at a Prep Station using 1x Salt, 1x Chapaa Meat, 1x Butter, 1x Spice Sprouts, 1x Corn, and 1x Onion per dish.

After contributing all the items to the Bug Catching Snacks bundle, players will receive the following rewards.

• 25 Kilima Coins
• 10,000 Lunar XP
• Friendship increases with Auni

4. Farm Chores

The Farm Chores bundle requires various items. Here are all the items that players have to contribute to the Farm Chores bundle.

• 50x Milk: Purchase it from the general store for 30 gold each.
• 50x Egg: Purchase it from the general store for 24 gold each.
• 25x Carrot: Purchase it from Daiya Family Farm for 90 gold each. Alternatively, you can grow it using the carrot seeds.
• 5x Batterfly Beans (Star-Quality): Grow using the Batterfly Bean Seeds to harvest the Star-Quality Batterfly Beans.

After contributing all items to the Farm Chores bundle, players will receive the following rewards.

• 25 Kilima Coins
• 10,000 Lunar XP
• Friendship increases with Auni

Upon completing all bundles, you can pursue the outro quest and speak with Auni. You will get the Shimmerfly Garden (Décor item) as a reward.
