Summer is at its peak in Palia. Nai’o’s beach store in Kilima will remain active for another week, allowing players to purchase the items. With the new update, there will be a new event, Great Shimmerfly Migration. The content and goal of this new event are still unknown. In addition to the new event, an annual event, Insect-A-Palooza, is returning in Palia. Players can catch the insects again to complete the community goals and earn exclusive rewards. Moreover, a new Ranching Animal, Flutterfox, for which players have been waiting for a while, is arriving. The new Bulletin Board bundles will arrive, allowing players to earn exclusive rewards.
Path of the Briar arrives in Lunar Path. It is the Battle Pass system in Palia. As players progress through the tiers of the Lunar Path, they will unlock various rewards, including materials, cosmetics, crafting recipes, plushies, and more. Another great highlight of this update is the first-ever duo dance emote. For now, it is uncertain whether both players have to get the emote to work. A new variant of Riffroc, Phoenixfire, is also arriving, which might have the VFX traits to it. Last but not least, players can earn the new plushies, and there will be new character sets and décor sets at the premium shop.
We will know more with the official patch notes, which will be released on July 28, 2026.
