Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 event takes place in November, just like last year, and there will be two cities hosting.
Pokémon GO just had a massive GO Fest Global event last weekend, with Mewtwo’s Mega Evolutions. Now that the Pokémon GO Fest event is over, it’s time for players to see what’s coming ahead. Recently, Pokémon GO officially announced that the Pokémon GO Wild Area event is returning. It is the best and biggest in-person event, where players can train and battle powerful Pokémon. Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 event takes place in November, just like last year, and there will be two cities hosting.
Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 Event Dates
Pokémon GO Wild Area is the in-person event taking place in Sendai, Japan, and Mexico City, Mexico. The event starts on November 6 and runs until November 8, 2026. During the event, players will get to experience the history of the Tohoku region or the rich culture of Mexico City.
In addition to the in-person Wild Area 2026 Event, there will also be a Wild Area: Global event. The global event is for all trainers around the world. If you cannot go to Sendai or Mexico City, you can participate in the global event. The Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global 2026 Event will start on November 14 and end on November 15, 2026.
When Will the Tickets be Available?
The tickets for both in-person and global in-game Wild Area events will be available next Season. The next season starts in September, so players must wait until the next Season. Moreover, the event’s details will be revealed alongside the tickets. It will be great to see what this year’s event offers and what powerful Pokémon we get to fight.
